This release includes remastered versions of both demos, an unreleased track from the Into the Halls of Extermination sessions & live tracks recorded at Iron Rail on Jan. 21, 1988 opening for DEATH on their Scream Bloody Gore tour, two tracks of which were previously unreleased

- Tracks 1-6 taken from Jan. 21, 1988, live performance at The Iron Rail in Chicago, Illinois. Featuring two previously unreleased tracks
